Datex announces acquisition of Angus Dortmans Associates Inc.

Mississauga, Ontario – July 26th, 2007

Datex Billing Services Inc. (“Datex”) today announced that it has acquired Angus Dortmans Associates Inc. (“ADA”), a private management consultancy firm focused on the telecommunications sector.

Angus Dortmans Associates has during the last 12 years, assisted clients to solve practical problems and make better decisions by providing top-quality insight, counsel, and direction. The company counsels end-user organizations on the use of telecommunications systems, networks and services. ADA provides its knowledge, skills and influence to assist clients in making sound decisions that advance their business goals, and to ensure that those decisions are implemented effectively.
